What is planet fitness green bay about?

I think this is my favorite point about the movie. We get exposed to what the body is actually doing, and we see it.

Now that’s hard to believe, but it’s not uncommon. Many people who are overweight or obese have a tendency to act the same as the kids at the gym. The difference is that we can’t see it, and it impacts our own health. But the research is clear; it’s not just the calories we consume that determine our weight. It goes beyond what we eat. The body is actually doing a lot more than we realize.
You see, our bodies are actually not doing the same things. We’re actually putting more strain on our internal organs than we realize. This is because most our muscles are actually attached to bones that are in turn attached to organs that are in turn attached to other bones. The more muscles we have, the more organs we have. When we get in a state of excess, we actually put more strain on our internal organs than we realize.
Are all foods good for our health?
This also means that many foods that we thought were good for us actually have the opposite effect. A good example here is that when we eat too much of sugar, we actually increase our blood sugar level. So all that sugar in the body, it can actually be very detrimental. You can see why we may feel like it’s a good idea to eat more veggies.
So, in the end, you’re probably not eating too much vegetables, you’re eating too many green drinks, and you’re eating too much sugar. This is a huge misconception that makes most people eat more than they need to on a daily basis. But if you want to stay healthy, you need to cut down on your intake of sugar.
